Meet Deb Lawrence
Deb Lawrence embarked on her career in real estate in 1995 and has since learned property management from the ground up. She quickly fell in love with the daily challenges and excitement that real estate management brings. Over the years a vast network of relationships and a great work ethic have propelled her to the top of her field. Specializing in retail, flex, and office properties, Deb prides herself on her ability to juggle many properties and tasks which include day to day management and tenant improvement general contracting.
Maintaining good working relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors is a high priority for Deb. She has established close relationships with Des Moines’ best vendors and contractors, which has come from years of experience and treating people right. Deb’s hands-on approach to management means that she has a direct pulse on the properties. Whether it be late night fire alarms or an extensive construction project, Deb personally ensures that the property, tenants, and owners are well taken care of. The primary goal of DML Management is to build lasting relationships and maximize value for all stakeholders.
In her free time, Deb enjoys biking, reading, and devoting her time to her family, grandchildren, and various non-profit organizations in Des Moines.
